Guy is the founder and Managing Principal of GWD Advisors Limited, with over 35 years’ experience advising corporate clients on location strategy, corporate real estate and portfolio optimisation.

He has advised companies on where to locate, expand, consolidate and invest across manufacturing, distribution and supply chain, R&D, headquarters, shared services, data centres and other business operations. His experience spans site selection, portfolio restructuring, acquisitions and disposals, lease negotiations, workplace strategy, project and programme management, facilities management, sustainability, M&A support, financial analysis and corporate real estate strategy.

Guy has held senior leadership positions at Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International, and served as Managing Director, EMEA, at Hickey & Associates, a global location strategy and incentives advisory firm.

He is a Chartered Surveyor, a member of SIOR, and a regular contributor to industry organisations, including CoreNet Global and IAMC.

Before joining GWD Advisors, Vitaliy worked with Frost & Sullivan, Deloitte’s Global Location Strategy team and Hickey & Associates, advising international clients on location and operating-environment decisions.

Based in Brussels, Vitaliy is fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian, with working knowledge of French, Spanish and Polish. His extensive international experience gives him a strong cross-cultural perspective.

Mario is a Senior Management Consultant at GWD Advisors Limited, with over 20 years’ experience in manufacturing operations, site selection and operational improvement.

He has held senior roles at companies including Autoliv, Beiersdorf and Phoenix Mecano in Germany and Hungary, and has also worked as an operational excellence consultant.

Mario’s expertise includes manufacturing location strategy, site selection, plant structure and layout planning, operational cost reduction, production technologies, inbound and outbound logistics, production supply and lean manufacturing. He has led multiple programmes to reduce operating costs and improve EBIT performance across automotive, electronics and broader manufacturing environments.

Based in Budapest, Mario brings strong practical experience across Central and Eastern Europe and is a member of the Site Selectors Guild.​

Karel is a Senior Management Consultant at GWD Advisors Limited, with over 35 years’ experience across industrial real estate, location consulting and investment advisory.

His expertise spans site selection strategy, industrial market analysis, occupier advisory, cross-border investment and complex location decision-making. He has advised international occupiers, developers and investors on projects integrating real estate, labour, cost, supply chain and operational considerations.

Karel has particular experience in the automotive, advanced manufacturing, logistics and industrial sectors, supporting clients with nearshoring, friendshoring, regionalisation and broader footprint strategies. Before joining GWD Advisors, he held senior roles at Colliers, where he led Industrial Corporate Advisory, and at CTP Group, where he served as Business Development Director, working closely with the CEO and owner.

Based in Prague, Karel brings broad experience across the EMEA region and has worked with both corporate occupiers and major industrial developers.
